This workshop aims to help performers to create their own work through new approaches to improvisation. Some creative techniques focus on the performer'sinner world, such as imagination and sensation. Others focus on the external world of objects, environment and text. In this workshop we will practice finding the meeting and integration of the two. This workshop combines the techniques of Laban, Skinner Releasing Technique (an innovative technique from USA) and Suprapto Suryodarmo's Amerta Movement.
