Ferial Affif Indonesia
Ferial was born in Jeddah in 1982, lives and works in Jogja. Since she was still students at the STISI Bandung, she has been participating in various performance art festivals, in Indonesia and abroad. Among them in Boys Don‘t Cry a Group Exhibition at RuangRupa, Jakarta, IAPAO Event a International Association Performance Art Organization at Rumah Nusantara, Bandung,The 10th Nippon International Performance Art Festival; NIPAF’05, Future of Imagination 4, International Performance Art Event at Theatre Works, Singapore, and last January 2009 at Katalis Art Forum building, Jogja National Museum, Jogjakarta, Theertha Residencies a Group Exhibition at Red Dot Gallery, Colombo, Sri Lanka. The last project was Asian Youth Imagination 2, held early 2009, at Jogja Gallery, as a visual exhibition utilizing performance for young artists in Asia.
